This is a Social Studies - (My favourite animal is)/Cheetah project for 3rd graders.
The
Cheetah

2- Parts of a Cheetah
3-
Threats
There
are less than 7500 cheetahs left in the wild, making the cheetah Africa’s most
endangered big cat. Cheetahs are threatened by habitat loss,
conflicts with farmers and illegal capturing of the cub to sell and use as a
pet.
Now efforts are underway in South Africa to save the last of the wild cheetahs through both public awareness and ensuring breeding success and protection through conservation funds.
5-
Conclusion
Cheetahs
are predators and they help control other animal populations. In addition to
its role as a predator, cheetahs feed other animals, such as vultures, jackals,
beetles, and other scavengers. Many people fear predators but a world without
predators would be something to fear even more.
